Returns and Refunds Policy

At Lilibo Hygiene Solutions, we strive to deliver exceptional cleaning services and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms for service returns, refunds, and adjustments to ensure transparency and fairness.

Service Returns

  • Our services are non‑returnable once completed, as cleaning results depend on the condition of the premises and materials at the time of service.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review and, where appropriate, arrange a re‑clean or service adjustment.
  • Re‑cleans are scheduled based on availability and apply only to areas originally serviced.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  1. Service cancellation before commencement:
    • If a booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service, the refund will follow our Booking and Cancellation Policy (a 5% administrative fee applies).
  2. Service cancellation within 48 hours:
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 50% forfeiture of the deposit.
  3. Service dissatisfaction:
    • If a valid complaint is received within 24 hours of service completion and verified by our quality assurance team, a partial refund or re‑service may be offered at our discretion.
  4. Processing time:
    • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Non‑Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services completed according to agreed specifications.
  • Missed appointments or denied access to premises.
  • Situations where cleaning results are affected by pre‑existing damage, stains, or wear.
  • Promotional or discounted services.
