1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning and maintenance services by Lilibo Hygiene Solutions, a division of Lilibo Holdings (Pty) Ltd. By requesting, booking, or accepting services from Lilibo Hygiene Solutions, you agree to be bound by these terms. Where a written service agreement or quotation exists, that document supplements and, where inconsistent, prevails over these Terms.

2. Services and Performance

Lilibo Hygiene Solutions provides residential, complex, estate, garden, event, warehouse, and office cleaning and maintenance services as described in our service schedules and quotations. We will perform services with reasonable skill and care, using trained staff, approved products, and appropriate equipment. Service times, frequencies, and scopes are set out in the client agreement or quotation; any changes must be agreed in writing.

3. Quotes, Bookings and Payments

  • Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised if site conditions or client requirements change.
  • Bookings: Bookings are confirmed once a deposit (if required) is paid or a written confirmation is issued.
  • Payments: Invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services.
  • Third-Party Payments: We may use third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. Any fees for additional services or special requests will be charged to the client.

4. Client Responsibilities and Access

Clients must provide accurate property details, access instructions, and any relevant health and safety information prior to service. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and notifying Lilibo Hygiene Solutions of fragile, high-value, or hazardous items. Where access requires keys, codes, or remote entry, clients authorize Lilibo Hygiene Solutions to use these means for service delivery and agree to any reasonable key-handling or access fees.

5. Health Safety and Insurance

Clients must disclose any known hazards, pets, or conditions that could affect safe service delivery. Lilibo Hygiene Solutions maintains public liability and employer insurance appropriate to our operations; however, clients are responsible for insuring their own property and valuables. We will notify clients promptly of any incidents, damage, or injuries arising from our services.

6. Changes, Cancellations and Termination

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellation or rescheduling must be made within the notice period specified in your service agreement; late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Provider Changes: Lilibo Hygiene Solutions may modify service personnel, schedules, or methods as needed to maintain service quality.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice provisions in the agreement. Outstanding fees for services rendered up to termination remain payable.

7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All materials, reports, checklists, and documentation provided by Lilibo Hygiene Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information obtained during the relationship, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for service delivery.

8. Liability and Indemnity

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilibo Hygiene Solutions’ liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
  • Indemnity: Clients indemnify Lilibo Hygiene Solutions against claims arising from the client’s breach of these Terms, failure to disclose hazards, or misuse of services.
  • Claims Procedure: Any claim for damage or unsatisfactory work must be reported within 7 days of the service date to allow investigation and remediation.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Data Controller: Lilibo Hygiene Solutions collects and processes personal information to provide services, manage accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Shared Infrastructure: Because Lilibo Hygiene Solutions is a division of Lilibo Holdings (Pty) Ltd, personal data collected by Lilibo Hygiene Solutions may be stored on servers shared with Lilibo Holdings (Pty) Ltd and may be accessed by authorized personnel within the group for legitimate business, administrative, legal, or security purposes.
  • Third-Party Processors: We may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, IT hosts, background check services) under contractual safeguards.
  • Security and Retention: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
  • Your Rights: Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data and may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. Contact privacy@lilibohygiene.co.za to exercise these rights.
  • Privacy Policy: Our full Privacy Policy sets out detailed information about data use, transfers, cookies, and contact details and forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Contact
